Brad Ledford is the President of DHG Search, an executive search and recruiting service line of Dixon Hughes Goodman, a Top 20 CPA and advisory firm. Brad has over 20 years of experience with the firm, the last 14 years with DHG Search and 6 years before that as an auditor.
His focus has been as a Trusted Recruiter and Advisor, helping a range of clients from small to fortune 500 companies recruit the top talent in Executive, Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Tax.
Brad serves a wide range of industries, specializing in Manufacturing, Distribution and Healthcare. Brad has a large client base in this arena and focuses on executive and financial placements.
Brad has served on many non-profit boards and industry associations. He is actively involved in community organizations and has served on the IMA Carolinas Council, as President of the IMA and as a Loaned Executive for United Way. Brad is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and he currently sits on the state board of the South Carolina Association of CPAs.
Brad is a graduate of The University of South Carolina Upstate where he holds a Bachelors with a focus in Accounting. Brad leads the DHG Search team from our Greenville, SC location.

Jane joined us in 2005 as a Senior Recruiting Manager. She has twenty years’ experience in executive search, having focused for most of this time in placements within IT, but also for Accounting/Finance executives. She works with clients in various industries, including financial services, healthcare, IT Software/Consulting, as well as manufacturing/distribution.
Jane’s placements within Information Technology include top level VP/CIO and Director/Manager level positions as well as SDLC project managers and network/infrastructure professionals. In addition to IT, her search focus also includes Accounting Executives, non-clinical healthcare-related professionals such as Hospital and Group Practice Administrators, LTC Administrators, Reimbursement Directors, and Clinical Informatics/IT professionals. Jane is bilingual in English/Korean and has held her CPC (a designation from the National Association of Personnel Services) nationwide.
Specializing in: Automotive Dealerships
Suzanne joined us in 2003, adding her experience with Ernst & Young and another executive search firm in Greenville, SC. She has fifteen-plus years of executive search experience, including five years of specialization in search services for the automotive dealership industry.
Her automotive retail clients include some of the nation’s Top 100 dealer groups, as well as smaller, family-owned organizations across the country. Successful placements include positions in all areas of dealership accounting, general management, sales management and fixed operations management. Suzanne also participates in our parent company's Dealer Services Group, including membership on the NADA team, and she's a member of the Women’s Automotive Association International.
In addition to her focus on automotive dealers, Suzanne has worked in other industries, including manufacturing and financial services.

Mark DeVerges joined DHG Search in 2016 as a Senior Manager focused on serving the Construction and Real Estate industries. Mark has 12 years of experience with C-Suite recruitment specifically focusing within the Construction and Real Estate industries locally, regionally, and across North America.
Mark’s background in helping general contractors, developers/owners, EPC, and specialty contractors across North America has positioned him as a Trusted Advisor and earning him numerous previous awards for his success, service, and client satisfaction. His experience includes targeted recruitment in delivering candidates particularly well suited and genuinely motivated for roles whom are known performers which add value to their new organizations. The mix of clients range from small to fortune 500 companies in successfully helping them strategically hire the top talent in Executive, Finance, Operations, and high-level Project Management individuals.
Mark’s passion for helping improve and grow ambitious firms within the construction industry is complemented by the extensive industry knowledge and position of Dixon Hughes Goodman in providing a combined resource that truly understands the industry. Mark leads the Construction and Real Estate focus within the DHG Search team from our Asheville, NC location while working in lockstep with team members in Greenville, SC; Charlotte, NC; and Washington DC locations.

Glenda joined us in 2011. She offers twelve-plus years of experience in accounting and finance recruiting and five years in human resources. Her clients work in various industries, including manufacturing, construction and service industries, ranging in size from small and medium enterprises to Fortune 500 corporations.
Glenda is active in her community and professional organizations, and currently serves as VP of Communication for the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).
Stacie joined us in 2013 as Recruiting Manager. She has 5+ years of experience cultivating client relationships and managing a personalized approach to maintaining her clients. Understanding the entire picture from clients' needs to candidates’ skills, bolsters a stronger, lasting fit for all involved. Recruiting is not just about filling positions, but having the opportunity to introduce candidates to clients where success can emerge.
Stacie is involved with client and candidate development focusing on permanent placements in accounting and finance. She supports organizations across multiple industries including Construction-Real Estate, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Financial Services.

Matt's background is in permanent placement in Accounting, Finance and Information Technology. He partners with a range of not-for-profit and for-profit health systems on their regional and national recruitment strategies.
Matt and his wife reside in Charlotte, North Carolina and are passionate about being active in their community.
Daniel joined the DHG Search team in June 2014 as a Researcher/Recruiter after graduating from Clemson University.
Daniel’s role with DHG Search allows him to focus primarily on senior-level roles in the automotive dealership and IT industries. He has a track record of making successful placements with clients across the nation, ranging from large corporate organizations to smaller family-owned entities. Daniel is involved in both client and candidate development; he works diligently throughout the search process to find the right solution for client and candidate needs.

Kerry has 7 years of professional services experience in Recruiting and Employment & Labor Law. Her background is in senior and executive level placement in Accounting and Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Information Technology and she has successfully assisted in the start-up and build out of two search firms in the Charlotte market.
Kerry manages the full life cycle recruiting process and is well-versed in client development and candidate recruitment. She understands the fundamentals of talent acquisition and has demonstrated success knowing who fits where and why.
She began her career in Greenville, SC and following the completion of her MBA, relocated to Charlotte in 2012.
Katie joined DHG Search in 2016 as the Recruiting Coordinator. She comes to us with 4+ years of experience in Marketing and Business Development. Her background includes corporate sales, community outreach and product branding. She thrives in a fast paced environment due to her organizational skills and eye for detail. Katie offers support to our executive recruiters, back-office operations, client proposals, sourcing and research.
