Brad joined DHG Search in 2001, when we were known as Staffing Partners. He came from our parent company where he spent six years in audit and became an Audit Manager.
Today, Brad leads a team at DHG Search that focuses on delivering superior results for clients. He provides advisory and recruiting services for blue chip candidates in finance, accounting, audit and tax. He has extensive experience with clients in construction, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing, working with clients that range from family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
He fulfills his commitment to community service and our client industries by serving on the boards of non-profit organizations and industry associations. Brad has served as President of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) Carolinas Council, on the IMA Greenville Chapter as President and as a Loaned Executive for the United Way. He currently serves as President of the Piedmont Chapter of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA) and Regional Director for the Greenville Chapter of the IMA.
Jane joined us in 2005 as Senior Recruiting Manager. She has fifteen-plus years of experience in executive search and specializes in placement for IT and accounting & finance professionals. A Certified Personnel Consultant, she works with clients in various industries, including financial services, healthcare, IT consulting and manufacturing/distribution.
Jane’s placements within Information Technology include top level managers/directors, project managers as well as network/infrastructure engineers. She specializes in executive placement for Oracle and other ERP Functional and Technical Analysts. In addition to IT, her search focuses also include Accounting Managers/Controllers, as well as healthcare-related roles such as Hospital/Group Practice Administrators, Reimbursement Directors, and Clinical Informatics. Jane is bilingual in English/Korean, and is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services.
Suzanne joined us in 2003, adding her experience with Ernst & Young and another executive search firm in Greenville, SC. She has fifteen-plus years of executive search experience, including five years of specialization in search services for the automotive dealership industry.
Her automotive retail clients include some of the nation’s Top 100 dealer groups, as well as smaller, family-owned organizations across the country. Successful placements include positions in all areas of dealership accounting, general management, sales management and fixed operations management. Suzanne also participates in our parent company's Dealer Services Group, including membership on the NADA team, and she's a member of the Women’s Automotive Association International.
In addition to her focus on automotive dealers, Suzanne has worked in other industries, including manufacturing and financial services.
Glenda joined us in 2011. She offers twelve-plus years of experience in accounting and finance recruiting and five years in human resources. Her clients work in various industries, including manufacturing, construction and service industries, ranging in size from small and medium enterprises to Fortune 500 corporations.
Glenda is active in her community and professional organizations, and currently serves as VP of Communication for the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).
Fred has been a longtime administrator in professional service firms. His background includes all aspects of firm management including recruiting, hiring, employee development, employee assessment and general Human Resources administration. He has also been responsible for all aspects of business operations from strategic planning, operations management, budgeting and financial reporting.
In addition to his time in professional services, Fred has eleven years of progressive management responsibility in state government including managing the General Services Division at the State Capitol Complex (Building operations and maintenance), the central printing facility and the state Workers Compensation Fund as Director of Accounting/Employer Relations.
Stacie joined us in 2013 as Recruiting Manager. She has 5+ years of experience cultivating client relationships and managing a personalized approach to maintaining her clients. Understanding the entire picture from clients' needs to candidates’ skills, bolsters a stronger, lasting fit for all involved. Recruiting is not just about filling positions, but having the opportunity to introduce candidates to clients where success can emerge.
Stacie is involved with client and candidate development focusing on permanent placements in accounting and finance. She supports organizations across multiple industries including Construction-Real Estate, Manufacturing & Distribution, and Financial Services.
Stacie is based out of our Greenville, SC firm.
Tara is a Recruiting Professional with 16 years of progressive experience in recruiting, human resources, business development and management in the retail, third party staffing and EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Maintenance) industries. She has worked with local clients in the Greenville area, and she has supported multi-million dollar construction projects internationally. She loves working with candidates and customers throughout the recruiting process, with a focus on delivering first class service from the first phone call to "boots on ground."
Tara obtained her PHR certification in 2011, which gives her a strong foundation in Human Resources, enhancing her overall recruiting and HR knowledge. She always strives to be a Trusted Advisor to her internal and external clients, allowing a seamless process from the initial discovery to a successful hire.
Zach joined DHG Search as a Senior Recruiter in March 2015. After graduating from Virginia Tech he gained 3 years of Recruiting experience in the Insurance industry.
Recruiting for him has been an extremely exciting career path. He loves the rewarding outcome of recruiting because everyone wins! It has been extremely rewarding for Zach as he continues to learn more.
Zach is based out the Charlotte Southpark office.
Daniel joined DHG Search in June 2014 as a Researcher/Recruiter after graduating from the Calhoun Honors College at Clemson University.
He has experience in corporate accounting and finance as well as several years of experience cultivating profitable client relationships that he acquired through internships and summer work during his career at Clemson.
Daniel acts as a resource for the DHG Search team, assisting with job placements in the accounting & finance and IT fields.
Sam joined DHG Search as a researcher/recruiter in January 2015.
She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Retail Management. She has experience in corporate retail, event planning, multiple software systems, and cultivating vendor relationships.
Sam will assist with job placements in the Charlotte Southpark office.
Rebecca joined DHG Search in February 2013 as the Recruiting Coordinator, offering support with office management, sourcing, and recruiting activities. She holds a BA from NC State University and works in the Greenville, SC office.
